プロフィール
外資系コンサルティング会社にて戦略策定、CRM（顧客管理）等の経験を積んだ後、
ジュネーブの国連難民高等弁務官事務所（UNHCR）にて、人事改革プロジェクトに参画。
また、ニューヨークの日米協会では、各界のイノベーターが分野を超えて、
社会問題等討議することで、新たなイノベーションを創発する「イノベーターズ・ネットワーク」
プロジェクトを立ち上げる等、国際的で豊富な経験を持つ。
2006 年帰国後は、ファシリテーション導入の日本先駆者であるピープルフォーカス・
コンサルティング（PFC）にて、組織開発、研修開発・実施を多く手がけ、2012 年に独立。
現在も、組織開発コンサルティング、リーダーシップ開発やビジネススキル研修講師として活躍している。
様々な組織の人材育成の現場で、
期待に応えることに一生懸命で自分のことが後回しになっている
「がんばりやさん」に多く出会いました。
自分と社会がWIN-WIN になるためには、
周りを尊重することはもちろん、
まずは自分を大切にすることも必要。
企業でのリーダー育成においても、第一歩は自分を理解し、
今後どのような組織（自分）になりたいのかを考えること。

PROFILE
Makiko Sato is an expert in leadership and organizational development.
She is also known as an excellent facilitator and trainer serving for international corporations over 15 years.
Makiko joined People Focus Consulting, a leading consulting firm in organizational development and pioneer in facilitation in 2006. Officially left them and started M-Style in 2012, but still serves as a external member of their consulting team and has maintained her focus on people by designing and developing workshops and facilitating personnel development.
With her passion in empowering all individuals to be assertive and become leaders in their own life, she starts providing life coaching service to individual clients by “M-Style” coaching in 2020.
Her broad international business background shapes her perspective on evolving multicultural environments. She started her career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Tokyo, worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva. She also helped launch the “U.S.-Japan Innovators Project” – a multinational network of business and social professionals for the 100th Anniversary of the Japan Society in New York.
